📋 Overview

JBxSM Government Dashboard is a powerful finance oversight system designed for government, mayor, treasury, or administrative roles on FiveM roleplay servers.

Authorised players can walk into a configured government office, press E, and instantly access a modern black & cyan dashboard showing every society account on the server. Transactions are categorised, colour-coded, searchable, and fully auditable with detailed drill-down modals showing timestamps, account flows, transfer sources, and transaction IDs.

The system supports Qbox, QB-Core, and ESX automatically, alongside multiple banking resources including Renewed-Banking, qb-banking, qb-management, okokBanking, and esx_addonaccount. Framework and banking bridges are auto-detected on startup, with optional manual override support.

Unlike simple bank viewers, this dashboard actively monitors society balances and detects untracked or suspicious balance changes — even from scripts that bypass proper transaction logging. Any mismatch between account balance changes and logged transactions is automatically surfaced inside the dashboard as a flagged event.

Government staff can top up tick pay or society balances directly from the dashboard without touching phone banking apps or external menus. Every transfer is logged server-side with player information, and access control is enforced on every callback using both job-based permissions and ACE support.

The included setup wizard validates framework detection, banking compatibility, account configuration, and office setup automatically, making installation straightforward even on heavily customised servers.

⚠️ Suspicious Transaction Detection

Many banking scripts modify society balances without properly logging transactions. This dashboard actively monitors all configured society accounts and compares balance deltas against known transactions.

If money moves without a matching transaction log, the dashboard automatically creates a flagged synthetic audit entry:

This allows server management to identify suspicious withdrawals, hidden script behaviour, or improperly integrated third-party resources.

🛠️ Installation

1. Drop the folder into your resources/ directory
2. Add:

ensure jbxsm_govermentjob

to your server.cfg

1. Configure:

• Government job name

• Government account

• Office coordinates

inside config.lua

1. Restart the server
2. Optional:
   Grant ACE access using:

add_ace group.admin command.govdash allow

The setup wizard (/govsetup) can be used to verify installation and compatibility automatically.
